Multi-Function Load Frame
The multi-function load frame features high speed platen advances to rapidly position the platen for faster setup. Along with CBR testing, the load frame works with triaxial, UCC, UU, and Soil Cement. Each unit has a load capacity of 10,000 lbf (44.5 kN), while the 7731 and 7731F models have a 20,000lbf capacity. The frame opening dimensions are 18″W x 29″D x 54.5″H. In addition, the frame features a 1/4hp DC drive motor regulates speed to within ±1%.
