The fixed ring permeability cells feature a fixed ring cell construction. In addition, the cell keeps the sample saturated and the water sealed from the atmosphere. The overall assembly features stainless steel construction and a self-trimming cutter ring. As well as an outlet port on the base and 10cc pipette for monitoring water level.
