The Excel Clean HD and Histol Plus biodegradable, citrus based extraction solvents has become the industry standard because of its excellent performance, ease of rinsing and cost effectiveness.  It is an excellent replacement for trichloroethylene and other chemical solvents.  Both vacuum and centrifuge extraction equipment use Excel Clean HD. The solvent has a flash point of 125°F.
