California Method 216 Soil Automatic Compactor
The automatic soil compactor easily compacts and rotates the mold after each blow. While keeping track of the number of hammer blows the compactor shuts off at a reached preset number. The unit performs standard or modified compaction tests using a 4″ round hammer or a 6″ Pie-shape hammer. This device only complies with California method 216.
