Small Oilless Vacuum Pump Replacement Parts
The two-stage, small oilless vacuum pump is used for Rice Tests. It is truly an oilless pump, so you don’t ever need to mess with the time-consuming oil changes or filter flasks full of desiccants and tubing all over your counter again. Commonly used replacement parts feature the: Major service kit, Exhaust muffler and leaf valve.
VA-1208 Major Service Kit:
- 2 Connecting rod assemblies with pistons 2
- 8 Head Screws
- 2 Complete Valve Plate assemblies
- 2 Gaskets for Valve plates
- 1 Exhaust muffler
- 2 O-Rings for cylinders
VA-1209 1/4″ Exhaust Muffler:
The exhaust muffler is a porex filter, over time the muffler can become plugged from inside reducing the pump’s ability to exhaust air.
VA-1218 Leaf Valve:
The vacuum features 2 valves per cylinder head, the leaf valves ensure for even compression.
