Sample Preparation Saw
The asphalt sample preparation saw prepares asphalt samples for semi circular bend testing. As well as for cutting samples for Disk-Shaped Compact Tension tests. The custom spring-clamp fixture quickly secures the specimen with no need to adjust the saw blade. The 10in diameter blade is 0.050in thick, meeting the specified cut-width requirements. Each saw comes with a precision-machined alignment block to easily verify proper blade alignment.
