Pyrolytic Oven
Pyrolytic ovens are second-generation, high-temperature ovens that replace the obsolete Pryo-clean model. They perform safe, solvent-free cleaning and other residue from laboratory equipment and glassware. The pyrolytic features a fully automatic method that saves time and creates for a safer lab environment. Chamber temperature gets up to 900°F, with the ability to burn off organic contaminants, leaving only carbonized residues. Catalyst-filled shelves in the oven help to reduce oxygen to support combustion level.
Featured on the oven is a state of the art touchscreen controller. With user-friendly, menu-driven programming the automatic operation system monitors diagnostics. A chambers construction is welded stainless steel with a pressure-release door and dual gasket system. Fully insulated chambers provide exterior walls to remain cool during operation. The 2.5ft³ chamber has the ability to hold up to 70 RTFO bottles on the two catalyst-filled shelves.
