A Highly Advanced Non-Nuclear Asphalt Density Gauge
The highly advanced dielectric NoNuke Density Gauge increases accuracy and dependability. The NoNuke’s unique algorithm automatically corrects and alerts the operator of issues like surface-roughness, temperature, and presence of moisture that can negatively affect the accuracy and repeatability of test results. In addition, the NoNuke™ gauge does not require a license, special transportation, or radioactive certifications.
The NoNuke features multiple innovative sensors that automatically correct for surface-roughness by varying signal depth along the asphalt layer. Uniquely placed internal and external temperature sensors measure gauge and pavement temperatures to ensure the gauge is within the operating temperature.
They also make sure advanced temperature corrections are applied to density measurements. Additionally, the NoNuke density gauge features a moisture presence warning that alerts the operator of high moisture content in the asphalt pavement. Its non-contact warning assures correct positioning and proper contact with the asphalt pavement.
The gauge has a 13-inch diameter measurement area and multiple sensors that can penetrate the pavement surface up to 5-inches. It’s lightweight design and rugged exterior make it easy to use even in the harshest environments. The NoNuke™ also features simple and intuitive software that allows the user to enter material, project and target density information quickly.
The NoNuke™ requires NO license, special transportation, or radioactive certifications.
