The automatic compression machines allow inexperienced users to perform tests with ease. The operator turns the machine on, centers the specimen with the help of concentric centering lines of lower bearing blocks, then follows the below steps:
- Setting test parameters
- Press the START button on the control unit
Once steps one and two are complete, the automatic compression machine starts the rapid approach. When the specimen touches the upper platen, the rapid approach ends and starts loading at the pace rate that was selected by the operator and stops once the specimen fails. The machine automatically saves the test parameters and test results.
