The Rainhart compactor tamping heads fit with the 662EP Rainhart Proctor Compactor.  They offer a versatile and easy to use solution for performing different soil compaction tests.

Tamping Heads Required for Specs:

• ASTM D698; AASHTO T99 – 6″ Sector Face Tamping Head 3lb (#662-TMP-6S) and 4″ Circular Face Tamping Head 3lb (#662-TMP-4C)
• ASTM D1557 & AASHTO T180 (Modified Proctor) – Add for Supplemental Weight 4.5lb (#662-TMP-SW) to ASTM D698 & AASHTO T99 tamping heads.
• TEX – 113E – 6″ Sector Face Tamping Head 3lb (#662-TMP-6S) and for Supplemental Weight 4.5lb (#662-TMP-SW)
• TEX – 114E – 4″ Sector Face Tamping Head 3lb (#662-TMP-4S), 6″ Sector Face Tamping Head 3lb (#662-TMP-6S) and for Supplemental Weight 4.5lb (#662-TMP-SW)
• TEX – 117E – 4″ Sector Face Tamping Head 3lb (#662-TMP-4S)
