Gilson’s Porta-Screen 7 Tray has long been the accepted portable screen for quality control of construction aggregates at asphalt and ready mix plants.  Designed for performance durability, yet light enough to move with ease. In addition the best separation in the 2″ to No.16 range. Often used to sieve materials to No.200.  Capacity depends on test material characteristics, but may range up to 60 lbs. per test.  The PS-4 Porta-Screen holds 7 screen trays and a pan.  With vibration mechanically counterbalanced and no mounting required. Providing smooth, stable operation. Its built-in, UL-approved timer has an LED display. Featuring test time and issues a 5 second audible alarm at zero. The timer can reset and repeat programmed cycles.
