The Marshall Water Bath features a capacity of 33 quarts and a loose, 14 gauge stainless steel cover. The WB-33S bath comes complete with a drip shield and stainless steel gas strut for easy opening.

- The adjustable digital control is very accurate; Type “k” thermocouple
