Smart-Jig

Description

The Smart-Jig features the first integrated load cell, electronics and Bluetooth connectivity that makes capturing, reporting and sharing data seamless. The SmartLoader Application allows users to quickly analyze test results from any Windows or Android smartphone or tablet.  The unit also comes with its own Android tablet which has preloaded software to plot, print and store data right from your device.  This eliminates the need for manual calculation and potential operator mistakes.  In addition, each unit is built to withstand the rugged environments and comes with a 1-year warranty.

The device performs three separate asphalt loading tests:

1. TSR Tensile Strength Ratio (ASTM D693, D4867; AASHTO T283)
2. New Ideal-CT (ASTM WK60859)
3. Marshall (ASTM D6927, AASHTO T245)
