Hydraulic Sample Ejector

The hydraulic sample ejector rapidly drives samples out of 3″ x 30″ thin-wall sample tubes (Shelby tubes).  The unit provides a smooth and easily controlled piston stroke providing easy and rapid handling of ejected samples.  In addition, the device’s hydraulic system accurately controls the horizontal piston’s 5600lbf force to eject samples smoothly.  The ejector uses a 1.7gpm hydraulic pump powered by a 1hp electric motor.  Its hydraulic oil reservoir provides 2.5gal capacity.  The unit also works with 2″ or 2.5″ Shelby tubes using the corresponding conversion kit (see chart below).  The ejector also comes complete with 1 sample trough to support ejected samples.
