The units incorporate low-watt density Incoloy-sheathed elements and 2″ thick mineral wool, high-density insulation. Ovens include two adjustable shelves with additional shelves available. Shelf support holes are on 1-1/2″ (38mm) centers to accommodate up to 11 shelves. The units also feature an on-off switch, panel board, thermostat, and heat switch.
