The 3-inch neoprene pads feature ½” thick high-grade neoprene rubber. The elastomeric material flows into irregularities, which distributes the test load uniformly without creating air pockets. Distributing the test load uniformly also ensures consistent breaks. The neoprene pads come in durometers of 50, 60, and 70. Additionally, each pad yields results for up to 100 tests unless the PSI is greater than 7,000.
