Screen Trays and Cloths

Independently removable screen trays are available in a wide range of opening sizes with standard specification cloth or punched steel plate. They work with screen shakers, Test-Master®, Porta-Screen® and more. The screen cloth is replaceable, ensures long life and inexpensive maintenance of trays. Each tray features a generous 14.75″ x 22.75″ clear screen area. All test screens meet ASTM D4749, E11, E323 and AASHTO M92.  Compliance grade is also available as pre-cut sections of cloth only for screen tray frames.  Trays and cloths can be verified for upgrade to inspection or calibration grades.  Tray frames are welded and bolted heavy gauge painted steel.
