Aggregate Testing Screen Shakers

Screen shakers determine particle sizes of large samples of aggregate and other coarse materials.  The hydraulic and manual clamp shakers run sample sizes up to one cubic foot or more.  The shakers also process samples into six fractions in as little as 3-5 minutes, depending on material type.

The Test-Master® shaker features an easily controlled, integrated hopper for easier introduction of sample material.  It also includes vertically hinged front panel doors that offer improved access and clearance while reducing nuisance dust.

Porta-Screen® shakers have great performance durability, yet are light enough to move with ease.  The Porta-Screen excels at testing in ready mix plants because of its portability.
